Eating healthy doesn't have to mean spending your entire Sunday cooking 21 different meals.

One thing I teach my clients is how to make nutrition WORK with their actual lives. You don't need a different meal for every single day. You need to understand how to use what you have and make it work for you.

Cook a few proteins in bulk, switch up your sides, and get creative with the same ingredients. You can make multiple meals without spending hours in the kitchen.

I work with my clients to build meal plans around their goals, macros, schedules, and the foods they ACTUALLY enjoy eating. Because what's the point of having a perfect meal plan if it's something you can't realistically stick to?

Nutrition is BY FAR one of the biggest obstacles for many people, but sometimes it starts with simplifying things and understanding what your body actually needs.
