Very proud of my daughter, Jazzy and all of our @nonosina1965 dancers, upholding and honoring our Polynesian culture 🌺 with their beautiful, and GRACEFUL storytelling movements at the @rosebowlstadium in front of 33,000 strong.

The art is in our dance.
The love is in our mana.

Clearly I’m a very proud faced papa and “uncle Rock” 😎😉 to all these young ones - keep reaching for more, humble, hungry and every step along the way matters.

Shout to @uclaathletics + @uclafootball for all the love - and stay undefeated 🤍💪🏾

and shout to the core lady bosses @tiana_nonosina @kay.faam @laurenhashianofficial for making it all happen with love, pride, discipline x

The M&S festive toastie is back for a THIRD YEAR in M&S cafes from TOMORROW (4th Nov) - who’s looking forward to it? Has anyone had it before?

I posted about the new gluten free Brie and Cranberry sandwich M&S are doing last week and then also the gluten free turkey feast one (swipe to see both of those too). But it’s nice for those who can have it to have a festive hot cafe option!

All the info you need:
- the price is £7.50 which is usually THE SAME as the non gluten free festive toastie so the price is not ‘because it’s gluten free’ - it isn’t cheap though is it!
- to avoid cross contamination the toastie is cooked in the bag & given to you like that.
- I’ve got the ingredients list, I popped it on my fb post

I’m one of those folk who can’t have this due to other dietary requirements, but I share this for others who might enjoy it and I’m really happy that others will be able to enjoy it too :) I’ll be making my own version at home like usual!

What would be your ultimate Christmas toastie?! Is this the one?!

ALSO… i post like this all the time on Facebook, but never on insta, should I go back to posting bits like this as I used to? I’ve been posting gluten free products and recipes on here for 13 and a half years 🤣 I feel so very old and often irrelevant these days but I’m gonna try and post more on here like I do on Facebook etc x

Before you answer too fast… read the whole thing 😂
1️⃣ Composed in public 🤍 One coffee in with me though and I’m talking about horses, moving somewhere I can surf, a business idea I’ll never start, and why tourists standing in the bike lane should be illegal 😭🚲
2️⃣ I look like I have it together 👀🖤 At home I’m having full conversations with myself in the mirror while my coffee goes cold for the fourth time 😂
3️⃣ I will absolutely steal your food 🍕 Not hungry. Your pizza crust just became emotionally important to me 😌
4️⃣ I romanticize everything ☕️🌧 A walk becomes a whole film. A rainy Tuesday in Amsterdam becomes the best day of my week. Genuinely.
5️⃣ I’m quiet for about ten minutes 😭 Then it’s just the two of us, you can’t get rid of me, and suddenly it’s 2am 💀
6️⃣ I’ll look after you constantly 🤍 Snacks brought, hoodie fixed, “did you eat today?” … then dragging you to the gym with me at 11am 😂
7️⃣ Honestly? Life with me wouldn’t be calm. It’d be coffee, long walks, bad weather we both pretend to love, and me asking you questions nobody’s ever asked you ✨ Would you date me or tap out by week two? 😂
