to practice; to rehearse

Difference:

* ฝึก /fèuk/ = practice/train a skill in general
→ ฝึกพูดภาษาไทย /fèuk pôot paasaa Thai/ = practice speaking Thai
* ซ้อม /sórm/ = rehearse/practice for a specific event or performance
→ ซ้อมพรีเซนต์ /sórm pre-sén/= rehearse a presentation
