My mom loved concerts and the last one I went to was Kriss Kross... and yes I wore my clothes backwards#IYKYK it was on our bucket list and we never got the opportunity to go to one but last night I went to see Bruno Mars... This time it’s @talantorriero 🤘🏼 Basement home gym tour: here’s what’s in it, what I’d buy again, and what I wouldn’t. Mini sauna ($700): extremely underrated. Heats up fast, takes up little space, and is cheap. Major Fitness B52 rack ($2,300): all-in-one with the weight stacks, a built-in Smith machine, and all the accessories. A little overpriced next to competitors. Puzzle Gym mats: better than foam tiles. Titan Fitness hack squat/leg press ($1,600): does both movements on rollers. We Gym dumbbells: overpriced, with a bunch of miscellaneous accessories. Nuobells on the floor: you absolutely need to stand on something. All in, this gym runs about $7,000. There’s better equipment for less money, but being able to walk downstairs and lift anytime is priceless.
