For our San Diego Bartender Competition in May, Julio Romo of @rusticrootsd answered with the Healthy Side of the Force: Origen Botanical Vodka, dragon fruit, strawberry, hibiscus and rose hips.

His competition creation was a one-night-only pour, but the story doesn’t end there. You can find Harmony Gin behind the bar at Rustic Root - Julio clearly knows what to do with them.
