, “we’re digging up Charlie Kirk and doing it again.” In July 1936, as the Spanish Civil War began, supporters of the Republic sacked and burned churches and convents in cities that had not fallen to the Nationalist rising, and religious personnel were k*lled in numbers that ran well into the thousands. Rumors that priests were firing on crowds from church towers spread wildly, and the killing spread through the first weeks of the war.

The desecration was not a rumor and it was not an accident. In Barcelona, nineteen Salesian nuns were exhumed from a convent cemetery and displayed flanking the church doors and spilling into the street. In Toledo and other towns, disinterred corpses were put on display in churches and central squares, mummified remains shown as proof of what the revolution thought of the faith. Historians count 6,832 religious personnel k*lled in the war, including 283 nuns, most in the first weeks.

A movement that dug up the dead to humiliate the living in 1936 is not hiding its temper when it talks about digging up Kirk now. The dead cannot answer, so the living have to. Believe the words, remember the graves, and refuse to treat desecration as banter.

📸: BREAKING - Vice President JD Vance has just posted his reaction to the American midterms. In it he acknowledged that four primary concerns that Americans held during the 2024 election were not addressed or fixed, acknowledging that the Iran War is partly responsible for why they lost.

“There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true.

But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone.

Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were:

1) End the war
2) Focus on cost of living/inflation
3) Put America First
4) Change our relationship to Israel

Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.)

In the next few months, there’s going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I’m open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you.

The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night.

If you’d like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that’s at least honest.”

‼️ MAJOR BREAKING: “Elbows up” just ran into Elon Musk.

Carney in September: “Starlink, we will diversify away from, no question.”

Today: the federal contract with Starlink has grown more than TENFOLD & could run until 2029 (source: IJF)

And the “Canadian alternative” Telesat, ran by Carney’s good friend, that’s backed by $2.54 BILLION in government loans & a $2.3 BILLION defence contract…

Want to know how Telesat gets it’s satellites to space?

14 SpaceX Falcon 9 launches.

There’s NO diversifying or getting away from Musk, who I might remind you, is a Canadian citizen.

THE LIBERALS BOOED ELON IN PUBLIC BUT THEY KEPT PAYING HIM IN PRIVATE.

Elbows up was always a sham.

a lil bit of this and a lil bit of that

Unfortunately this was never planned as a 2 part series. But as there is so much to look at when trying on clothes we ran a little long on episode 1. So welcome to episode 1 B where we pick up where we left off. Today we get to the good stuff, the military jacket and fatigue pants as well as suede bomber jackets and two tote bags.
