The first picture was honestly one of the greatest moments of my career. I don’t even remember what island we were on 😩 but I was hosting a show, and backstage Beres Hammond said to me that he loved my radio show and told me to keep speaking the truth.

And all I could think was… everybody in my family, every age, every generation, knows, loves and damn near obsesses over this man and his music. 😂 And here is little old me, from nowhere, and BERES HAMMOND has heard me. Not just heard me… but enjoyed my voice and what I had to say.

That moment never left. TRUTH

So every year I have to say it — blessed earth strong to one of the greatest voices of all time in reggae music… and maybe any music, to be honest.

Happy earth strong, and may you be blessed with many, many more, to the legendary @bereshammond . ❤️🇯🇲
