“Almost sixty years ago, I started with a tie, but it was never just about a tie. It was about doing what I loved and giving it my all. That tie became the beginning of a world and a way of living. To receive the CFDA’s 2026 Menswear Designer of the Year Award is an honor I share with our talented menswear team and with all of you around the world who, like me, believe in the beauty of things that are timeless and authentic, and that bring joy and optimism to the way we live.” – Ralph Lauren

Super spooked 👻

The U.S. midterm elections 2026 see the Democrats win control of the U.S. congress. Democrats have claimed 54 seats in the senate compared to the 44 seats for the Republicans. The win is a major blow to Donald Trump. 🇺🇸

Abdul El-Sayed made history as the first Muslim to become a U.S. senator after winning in Michigan. But throughout the country, there have been historic win by a gay man, by Muslims, by Native Americans, by Trans people, and more.

This morning I actually made an effort to look cute for work.
Apparently a little too much, because by the end of the day my coworker was laughing at me and telling me to check the length of my dress. 😭
I swear it was longer when I left home.
Anyway, survived another Tuesday. Barely. 🤎

يا عم الصحفي والله الست ماقلتش على جوزها كدة !! انت كدة هتخرب الدنيا عندها في البيت .. حد يطمني ع الست القمر دي او يبعتلي رقم جوزها ❤️🙏

Every morning, rain or shine, Maggie waits for “the Squirrel.”He likes to keep her guessing then suddenly pops up along the wall chattering at her while Maggie responds in excited yips. It seems to make them both very happy.🐶🐿️😊
