Glad I got to experience Yayoi Kusama back in 2017..
I used to work at @whitneymuseum as a security guard a while ago and wonder what was people's fascination with these paintings and sculptures ....then I learned that they're like lyrics, songs and albums to the creators... A piece of their minds and souls. I've loved visual art since ever since. Shouts to the homie @ivancordero for putting me onto yayoi's work... We stood on line for at least 3 hours but we got to know eachother like never before cuz of her. And met some cool people at the show as well. RIP to a master of creativity
