Maybe becoming yourself isn’t about finding yourself.
Maybe it’s about surviving every version of you that was built from fear, conditioning, expectation, pain, ambition, and the desperate need to become whatever you thought you needed to be.
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how much of who we become is actually chosen - and how much is inherited, absorbed, programmed, or created as a response to whatever life put us through.
Because you can spend years becoming someone without ever stopping to ask whether you actually chose who you’re becoming.
You can mistake survival for identity.
You can mistake conditioning for character.
You can mistake familiarity for truth.
And eventually, something , someone, some situation will wake you up.
You look at your life.
You look at yourself.
And you realize:
I don’t have to remain everything I’ve become.
That’s where the real work begins.
Not in discovering some predetermined version of yourself waiting somewhere inside you.
But in consciously choosing what you believe, what you embody, what you give your energy to, and what you refuse to become again.
Because whatever you repeatedly think starts shaping what you believe.
What you believe starts shaping how you move.
And how you move, day after day, eventually shapes who you become.
So think carefully.
Believe deliberately.
Become consciously.
I’ve lived enough versions of myself to know what happens when I don’t consciously choose who I’m becoming.
The frequencies I survived taught me how to choose the one I live in now.
