The 2026 midterm election was a particularly powerful night for Native American representation, with @debhaalandnm and Peggy Flanagan besting their opponents in New Mexico and Minnesota, respectively. Taking the stage to celebrate their wins, both Haaland and Flanagan marked the historic moment with statement earrings by Indigenous artists @patpruittmetalsmith and Jessica Mendez (@hokuemek). Discover the meaning behind their intentional accessories for the occasion at the link in bio.
Comment SKILL to have Claude Code help you organize your footage. There’s also a video run through of exactly how to get this set up on Claude 👊 This workflow has already saved me dozens of hours of managing my footage, that I simply wouldn’t have done without Claude
Ooooooo Satalana ;) Having fun before a show this past weekend. I often hear "guess you need a belly dance?" Or some variation of this sentiment, lol. No, you don't need a "belly" anymore than you need a flat stomach. I have done this at multiple sizes and I can say with absolute certainty that the skills to isolate and control abdominal muscles have nothing to do with how much adipose tissue you do or dont have in the region. Engagement, particularly in the lower abdominals is much more important. Time spent working on the skills themselves are much more important and having FUN while learning snd enjoying the music are incredibly important as well. :) Song is Satalana by @abdelbasethamoudaofficial Costume made by me

‼️ BREAKING: Carney’s Major Projects Office is staffed by people who are still on corporate payrolls, and the Liberals won’t tell you which corporations. The Toronto Star reports 41 workers came in from banks, energy companies and builders. They keep their private-sector pay, and taxpayers reimburse their companies for part of it. The “conflict checks?” Done in-house. Only the CEO answers to the ethics commissioner. When Minister Dominic LeBlanc was asked to name the companies, he said the names should NOT be released. We have no names, no independent conflict checks & zero disclosure of what YOU are paying. This is the office that fast-tracked a pipeline costing up to $43.7 BILLION. How can you audit anything you can’t name? THE COMPANIES ARE INSIDE THE BUILDING, MAKING BILLION DOLLAR DECISIONS, BUT YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW WHICH ONES.
