The most celebratory Indian dessert. And yes, you can make it at home. 🧑 Comment β€œSEND” and I’ll DM you the recipe πŸ‘‡πŸ½ Rasmalai. Soft, pillowy chenna discs soaked in saffron and cardamom milk. This is my family’s recipe, made by feel and andaza for generations. I tested batch after batch. I measured everything my mom described by feel: the exact weight to press the chenna, how long to leave it, which pan sizes give the milk and the rasmalai enough room to do what they need to do. I even tried skipping the ice bath twice, hoping to spare you that step. I couldn’t. What you have here is the result of all those calls with my mom, all those test batches, and years of making this recipe my own. I hope it brings the same magic to your kitchen that she always made look so effortless. πŸ™πŸ½ Make it a day ahead. The flavor only gets better overnight. Garnish with pistachios, almonds, and a few strands of saffron. ✨ Full Recipe: https://ministryofcurry.com/rasmalai/ #diwalispecial❀️ #indiansweets #easyrecipe #desifood #festiveseason indiandessert homemade rasmalai mithai indiancuisine gharwalidiwali diwaligifts homecooking diwali2026

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said it's "quite terrible" for people to have RAM in their own computers rather than in data centers, arguing that in a supply-constrained environment you want maximum utilization in the cloud instead of the world's limited DRAM sitting in machines used maybe 5% of the time. Speaking to YouTuber Cheeky Pint about the AI industry's global compute shortage, he suggested the market's "invisible hand" is failing, likely because not every DRAM wafer is flowing straight into data centers to run AI models. The remark lands as the AI boom's memory scarcity drives up consumer hardware pricesβ€”used PS5 Pros hit $1,399 this month after an official price increase in March, the RTX 5080 vanished from Nvidia's marketplace, and the RTX 5090 was all but discontinued. Altman believes cloud-based AI is the future of computing, and Samsung's latest earnings call suggests memory is indeed being funneled toward data centers, meaning the RAM situation isn't expected to improve next year. 🎀: YT / Cheeky Pint podcast
