A great pizza is worth crossing town for. Turns out it’s worth crossing the Atlantic, too!🍕🇮🇪

Verdict: @bambino_dublin Well worth the hype (& the line!) You can see (& hear) it for yourselves in the video 😜

I think my smile says it all🥹❤️

Pure happiness. Pure gratitude. And a moment I wish I could hold on to forever.

HYROX Hamburg — what a weekend!🖤

🥇 1st place in the Singles Challenger
🎟️ Qualified for the Elite 15 in London
🔥 4th place in my very first Elite Doubles race

Looking at these results, I couldn’t be happier. But what made this weekend so special goes far beyond rankings, times, or podium finishes.

It’s the people🫶🏽

The ones who believe in me, support me, push me, and celebrate these moments with me. Whether you were right there in Hamburg or cheering me on from home — I felt every bit of that support.

Feeling the love and belief from @adidastraining , @blackroll , @esncom , and this incredible HYROX community honestly means more to me than I can put into words.

I’m leaving Hamburg with so much positive energy, motivation, and confidence. But also with some valuable lessons and a clear picture of where I currently stand.

Because as happy as I am with these results, I know there’s still so much room to grow.

This weekend was also an important opportunity to see how the work with @osse205 an @smart_athlet is paying off, what we’ve already improved, and where we need to keep pushing over the next weeks and months.

Proud of how far I’ve come. Grateful for everyone who’s part of this journey. And even more excited for what’s ahead.

London, here we come🚀❤️

#ShamarMarco shares that he’s been feeling sad and ready to get a job after running into some issues with getting booked! #TeaMates, drop some words or encouragement below 🗣️ ❤️ (✍🏾: #TSRStaffTC)

This week was definitely one of the toughest I’ve had so far. I was really unwell, running on very little energy and trying to learn two dances, but I gave it absolutely everything I had❤️

I came into this experience knowing I wasn’t a dancer, a performer or an athlete, but I wanted to challenge myself, step outside my comfort zone and give something completely new my absolute best & that’s exactly what I’m trying to do every single week. I’m learning, I’m making mistakes, I’m pushing myself and I’m growing along the way!!

Some weeks will be better than others, and that’s okay. I’m only human🥹

I’m not sharing this for sympathy or to make excuses, but simply to share a little of the reality behind the scenes! Sometimes all you can do is show up, give everything you have and be proud of yourself for trying!!

A special thank you to my incredible partner @markballas who has been my biggest support throughout this journey. His patience, encouragement and belief in me, especially during such a difficult week, mean more than he knows. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to share this experience with❤️

To everyone who continues to support me, encourage me and cheer me on, please know how much it means. You genuinely give me the strength to keep going, especially on the harder days. Your kindness never goes unnoticed🙏🏻

I’m so grateful to still be here, to be learning and to have this opportunity. I’m proud that I kept going, even when things felt impossible, and I promise I’ll keep giving it everything I’ve got!! I really do love everything about this show (apart from the Jive hehe) @dancingwiththestars

Here’s to coming back stronger❤️
