#NEWS - A 70-year-old New Hampshire man is facing charges after allegedly backhanding a Turning Point USA member outside a Laconia polling site on Election Day. Police say Stephen Redic approached the man at the group’s booth to read a poem about wealthy people. The two began debating, and the man told officers Redic yelled at him before striking him across the face. Police obtained video evidence and identified several witnesses. Redic was arrested Wednesday and charged with misdemeanor simple assault and violation-level disorderly conduct.
