From almost losing my life to living a life I once prayed for 🤍

I’m SO humbled and excited to announce that I’m part of the ØNYX Freshman Class of 2027!!

A little about me… I battled severe anorexia that nearly took my life, followed by binge eating that left me feeling completely hopeless. But God had other plans.

After years of healing, I’ve found strength through faith + fitness, lost 30 lbs over the past year, and am pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse so I can care for others the way I was once cared for 🩺💗

I share my journey because I know what it feels like to believe things will never get better. And if my story can help even ONE girl believe that a beautiful life is still possible, it’s all worth it.

Here for the faith, fitness, nursing school chaos, and becoming the women we once needed 🫶🏼

Your story isn’t over, and neither is mine.

Let’s do this 💪🏼💜

Can you believe these @dollargeneral finds? #dollargeneralpartner

I challenged myself to decorate my hutch with only decor from Dollar General! I found so many goodies under $10, like these mugs. Yes, you DO need more mugs ;)

Today marks 10 years since my dad passed away. It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on here but this feels like quite a monumental reflection period in my life.

I wanted to share something that happened on my dad’s birthday last year which still sticks with me to this day. My little sister recently got engaged & she surprised me with something I’ll never forget.

On December 7th last year, my sister surprised me with pitch side access to the Fulham vs Crystal Palace & this is where she asked me to walk her down the aisle as my dad wouldn’t be able to. Something I will never forget. Big shoutout to @fulhamfc who sorted everything out for us when they found out the context behind it all ❤️

My dad & I went home & away to Fulham games with my sister coming along too when the chance arose. This particularly happened in my early teenage years onwards & created a close bond with my dad. Sometimes I don’t think he cared as much about the football as I did, but he did it as it brought us closer together. The toy dog in the photo is something I gave to him as a kid when my parents got divorced & he took it everywhere with him.

I say all this as I feel a wave of emotion today. Not only for the above story for which I’ll forever be grateful to my sister for, but for what I’ve experienced without my dad. A lot has happened, and I feel I’ve achieved a lot in the last decade. I just wish he could have seen it all.

Most importantly, I know a lot of people have also lost parents & people close to them over this last decade & it’s tough. All I can say is that it gets easier & we should be grateful for the great memories we have of our loved ones.

Love you dad & miss you ❤️
