For over a decade, so much of my life revolved around building my physique. My training, my routines, my goals. I could go to the gym whenever I wanted, stay as long as I needed, and dedicate as much time to myself as I chose. And honestly? I loved that chapter of my life. But becoming a mom has been the most beautiful chapter yet. 🤍 That doesn’t mean I don’t sometimes miss the freedom I once had. The ability to put myself first without thinking twice. To train without watching the clock. To have time that was entirely my own. Motherhood comes with a responsibility that doesn’t switch off when you’re tired, overwhelmed or simply need a moment to yourself. And learning to accept that my life would never look quite the same again has been an adjustment. I want to be a strong, healthy, confident woman. Not just for myself, but for the little girl who’s going to grow up watching me. I want her to see a mom who takes care of herself, who works hard for her goals, but who also knows that her worth goes far beyond her reflection in the mirror. #postpartum #motherhood #fitness

Häng med mig, @simonpeyron @ellensarnevang Blanka och Hedda när vi fixar jul! ❤️
I saw someone posted this and It really touched me so I thought to post my own version of it 🥰 This is the last Halloween that will fall on a Saturday until 2037. By then, our little trick-or-treaters will be teenagers, and making plans of their own. 🥹 Soak up every costume, every candy-filled bag, and every little hand holding yours tonight. These years are going by far too quickly. 🎃🤎 Inspo: @charliebro_8 #halloweennight #halloweenwithlittles #spidermancostume #batmancostume #motherhoodinspired
