✨ MEET LIBBY ☝🏼 OUR NEW JUNIOR CREATIVE ASSISTANT! ✨

I’m so excited to officially introduce 16-year-old Libby to the Evolve to Inspire family! 🤍✨

When I started Evolve, I made a promise to myself that wherever possible, I would create opportunities for our younger generation,not just to participate, but to learn, grow, gain experience and have their voices heard.

And Libby is exactly the kind of young person I want to champion. 🥹

At just 16, Libby is already incredibly passionate about musical theatre, creativity and, most importantly, supporting and encouraging other young people. She has such a naturally caring, kind and approachable nature, and I know she is going to bring something really special to our team.

🎭 Libby is currently starting college, where she’ll be studying Musical Theatre and developing her passion even further. She’ll be working alongside Evolve whilst continuing her studies, giving her the opportunity to gain real-world experience, build her confidence and put her creativity into practice.

For me, this is about so much more than giving someone a job.

It’s about saying YES to young people.
It’s about giving them opportunities.
It’s about trusting their ideas.
It’s about helping them believe in what they are capable of.
And it’s about creating a space where they can learn without being expected to know everything already. 🤍

I truly believe our younger generation have SO much to offer, and I want Evolve to be somewhere that helps nurture that.
