Nipped down to Porthtowan Beach Shop yesterday to see my lovely bestie Jemma 🩵

I grabbed my wrap and coffee from @nalucoffeehouse in Newquay and headed down to spend the morning with her at the shop — and, of course, buy myself another Porthtowan Beach Shop tote! 😂 I’ve had a few over the years, but somehow everybody seems to have walked off with them!

I absolutely love Jemma’s shop and ended up staying for a few hours before heading back to Newquay to hang out with my lovely friend Hannah.

Quite a busy day when you consider I’m up at 5am every morning! 😂 But I swear I have so much more energy living by the sea. The fresh air, no light pollution, no air pollution, no noise pollution… I just feel more grounded here. 🌊

That’s one of the biggest reasons I love living in Cornwall. Being by the sea and in nature is just so good for my mental health and makes me feel alive. 🩵🌊
