Truly loved this class., but am glad that you are creating a space for people to look deeper within themselves. Love ya sis

“There are some kids in this class that try their hardest and fall short due to mental shortcomings. There are some that don’t care and have shortcomings. Then there’s you, you just don’t give a fuck, you have every tool and choose not to utilize it. Kids in this class would kill for that. Do with that what you will, I cannot force you to do anything. It’s only you that has to want to do something.”-My 6th-8th grade extra help reading teacher

The thought that someone maybe working harder is haunting. Not because of wins or losses. Because I left food on the table and could’ve been better.

33 & 40 days out. I’ll give you my everything.

Every little step we take today can help protect our children tomorrow. ❤️💉

India’s journey towards a polio-free future is a reminder that awareness, timely vaccination, and collective action matter. Being part of the World Polio Day Walkathon was a beautiful reminder that protecting our children’s health is a responsibility we all share. 💙

As parents, let’s remember the recommended schedule for polio-containing combination vaccines: doses at 6, 10 and 14 weeks of age, followed by booster doses at 16–18 months and 4–6 years, as applicable. Always consult your paediatrician and follow the recommended immunisation schedule for your child.

Together, let’s take every step towards a healthier future and keep India polio-free! 🇮🇳✨

There is something extraordinary about ‘Mother Mary Comes to Me’: the way Arundhati Roy holds the contradictions of a woman who could be both a force of nature and a source of deep hurt.
Mary Roy was a formidable feminist who challenged the world and carved out a place for herself, yet the same fierce, uncontained spirit could wound those closest to her. Arundhati writes of her with a startling honesty that neither diminishes her mother’s achievements nor conceals the wreckage left behind. What emerges is an inheritance of extraordinary complexity: a daughter shaped by the very person she has struggled to understand, carrying both her mother’s fire and the scars of its burning.
The memoir asks what it means to love someone who has hurt you, to recognise their humanity without denying your own pain, and to live with the knowledge that tenderness and cruelty can inhabit the same person.
It is a portrait of motherhood, memory, rage and resilience, and of how the private lives behind public triumphs are rarely as simple as the world imagines. Perhaps its greatest achievement is that it makes room for a woman to be a revolutionary and a deeply flawed mother, and for a daughter to tell the truth about both.
