This 1990 Ch. Franc-Mayne is the most perfect bottle of BDX I’ve had in a very long time. It really seemed “at peak” in a way that was made perfectly clear by the immaculate balance of the components. It was stunning.

I visited Chateau Franc Mayne just a few years ago. Not only was I impressed by the wine, but I liked that it was very much a family business. Also, the prices ex-Chateau were very reasonable
