The carbon in your cells.
The oxygen you breathe.
The iron in your blood.
Many of the elements that make up your body were forged through the lives and deaths of stars, dispersed into space, and eventually incorporated into new stars, planets — and living things.
So when you look up at the night sky and feel small, remember:
You aren’t an outsider looking into the universe.
You are matter that has been part of its story for billions of years.
And perhaps that is a useful perspective for the brain, too.
We spend so much time shrinking ourselves through comparison, fear, self-doubt and the belief that our individual lives are insignificant.
But your existence is not separate from something vast.
You are a tiny part of an unimaginably large universe, and simultaneously, an unimaginably complex universe exists within you.
You are not as small as your thoughts sometimes make you feel. 🌌

I will become MarCom director by 35, have my own apartment, build the body I wanted but I will be consistent, disciplined and hard working. I will adopt many shelter dogs and buy a beautiful apartment. I will heal from everything and choose ehat I always wanted ❤️ instead of compromising.❤️❤️
