Got videos, recap on each slide.

485 squat. Definitely made squat gains this prep, but not enough to handle this weight. It was a big ask to hit a lift 50 pounds over my standard barbell squat max, but I'm happy with how well my body handled the weight. The last comp that had this style of squat was 475 and I couldn't even control it on the way down then

145 dumbbell, attempt 1. Huge gains on this lift over the summer. First time not zeroing a CDB in comp (4th time's the charm). My neck and scap on my right side locked up really bad after my first warmup, but felt fine while lifting thankfully.

160, second attempt. This felt really good! Not too much to say here

175, third attempt. My goal for this event was to at least have a good attempt at 175, and that was met. Got really close on both tries here, but just missed it.

Death medley. Really frustrated about this. Should have been my best event, but this run was full of mistakes. I need better shoes and I need to adjust quicker when I start sliding. Missed the first sandbag pick, and missed one of the straps when starting the drag. I think the first slip up caused me to spiral a little and I needed a more level head to finish the run smoothly.

Nicol stones 240/195 for 45 feet. Made up good points here. Felt completely fine in hand, but walking was awkward. Fell into the duck/jefferson walk, which I practiced a little in training. Made a split second decision to just not turn and head backwards, and it worked pretty well! Just lost my balance at the end and came up just shy of finishing the run

605 axle deadlift 3 reps at 17". Made good deadlift progress this prep too, just felt like I was lacking power output on starting day 2. Was worried about zeroing this event in warmups as 535 was glued to the floor on 13", and none of the setups in the warmup area were ready for heavier 17" pulls. I had a long rehab process for my back, and I'm glad it held up on some hard and heavy elevated pulls

Press medley 245 axle, 265 log (miss). 245 should be really easy for me on axle. Made mistakes here on my first clean, and missed my first press attempt. Jerked to just get the rep in, b
