It's been a hot minute here, and I really wish it was a voluntary break, but it's not.

To be honest, I was quite embarrassed because I was out and about helping people lead better lives, but mine suffered to the extent that my whole system shut down. I'm not dwelling on what was. I'm very very grateful for the opportunity to live. Life is very fickle, and a near-death experience will make you realise that.

The whole point of this break, alongside recovering properly, is to learn how to show up and build wisely without personal detriment that affects you as a community member, audience, or client.
