5 things I never travel without ✈️👇
1. 🔌 A multi plug adapter
One plug - multiple devices
2. 👜 A foldable tote bag
Perfect for the beach, shopping or an extra day bag.
3. 💊 A small first-aid kit
Just the essentials — especially when travelling somewhere remote.
4. 📱 Offline maps + copies of important documents
Because Wi-Fi and mobile data aren’t always there when you need them.
5. 👕 A change of clothes in my carry-on
If my checked luggage gets delayed, at least I can survive the first day.

What’s the ONE thing you never travel without? 👇

Happy Birthday my River Bella 💘Nine years of loving you, laughing with you and watching you grow into the most incredible little girl.

I hope you always know just how proud we are of you. You have so much life, love and laughter inside you. You have the funniest little personality, a heart full of love and a way of making everyone around you smile. You are so full of character, so full of fun and so very special. Watching you grow is the biggest privilege, we are so proud of the girl you are becoming.

Never lose that sparkle, that cheekiness, that big heart or that beautiful zest for life.

If there’s one thing I hope you carry with you through life, it’s knowing that you are endlessly loved, always supported and that you will forever have us cheering you on

Happy 9th birthday, our gorgeous girl. We love you more than words could ever explain 💘

Nine years of illness. Five major surgeries. And countless treatments.

For nine years, I have fought cancer with every bit of strength I have. Every time I thought the battle was over, I got back up, returned to work, and kept going for my family.

But today, the cancer has returned. For the seventh time.

I now need immunotherapy and chemotherapy, along with another major surgery. The cost is estimated at $120,000–$150,000, far beyond what my family and I can manage alone.

I have never asked for pity, and I am not asking for it now. I am simply asking for a chance to continue treatment, stay by my family’s side, and have another chance at life.
