Leadership isn't taught from a textbook, it's built in the field.
Meet Blessing Matiro, EMBA Class of 2026. Zimbabwean, based in South Africa, and one of the many voices reshaping how business gets done across our continent.

Her journey took her beyond case studies into real organisations, and real conversations with the people building Africa's economies. What she found wasn't a generic MBA. It was a mindset shift, on leadership, on the continent, and on her place in its story.
To Blessing and every EMBA alumna writing Africa's next chapter: thank you for trusting us with the journey.
