* bloating to some extent is NORMAL but what’s NOT NORMAL is to be in pain + THIS bloated on a daily basis *

1. SLEEEPPP - your body cannot recover without sleep and my gosh a constant 3-5 hours will start to show
2. A REAL 80/20 diet - 80% wholefoods & 20% funsies because a lifestyle without a balance (or a lifestyle with restrictions) is not a SUSTAINABLE one!!! and you’ll crash and find yourself more and more unmotivated by the lack of results
3. Daily steps !!!!! I say this every time for a REASSOONNN !!! it IS that serious
