I placed a order for 1st October to 15th October and I'm leaving Kolkata tiday(2nd October) yesterday before delivery they have updated me product got damaged and assured me I will get it today by 2pm, now not getting any response from sharepal, I don't know without trekking gears how I'll go for the trek I paid full amount to the trekking agency and it's not possible to go for trek without gears,
