Meet Adeline Douglas, the 2026 Watermelon Queen, crowned at the 46th Annual Watermelon Pageant in Water Valley, Mississippi, hosted by the Junior Auxiliary of Water Valley.
There’s something especially beautiful about creating the first pageant portraits of a newly crowned queen — the excitement, the confidence, the crown, and that unmistakable “this just happened” glow. ✨

Adeline was absolutely radiant in front of the camera, and we were honored to document the beginning of her year as a Mississippi pageant titleholder.

Congratulations, Adeline! We can’t wait to see where your year as Watermelon Queen takes you. 👑

Thank you to the Junior Auxiliary of Water Valley for trusting The Zen Keeper Studios as your Watermelon Pageant photographer. We loved documenting this wonderful Water Valley, Mississippi tradition and celebrating all of this year’s contestants and titleholders.
