Andie Anderson is a magazine writer who makes a bet with her boss: she has to find a guy, make him fall in love with her, and then make him dump her — all within 10 days.

At the same time, Benjamin Barry, an advertising executive, makes his own bet. He claims he can make any woman fall in love with him, and if he succeeds, he’ll get the major advertising campaign he wants.

Neither of them knows about the other’s plan.

Andie starts doing everything she can to drive Benjamin crazy — becoming overly clingy, interfering with his life, choosing their future home, and even treating him like they’re already married.

Benjamin, however, refuses to give up.

What begins as two people manipulating each other for a bet slowly turns into something real. Somewhere between the arguments, games, jealousy and chaos, they actually start falling for each other.

But when the truth about their bets finally comes out, the relationship falls apart.

Because sometimes the person you planned to fool becomes the person you never planned to fall for.
