THE GIGI EDIT | Tiny Finds from @gilt 🩷

Lexi is having the baby. I’m handling the wardrobe. 😂

A little , Andy Wawa, Oh Baby, Janie & Jack, Little Me, Shabby Chic, Carriage Boutique, Quincy Mae, and Noralee.

And then there’s Chloé, Gucci, Golden Goose, Burberry, and Louboutin… because apparently I have a weakness for luxury in miniature. 🤭

Does my granddaughter need all of this? Probably not.

Am I done shopping? Not even close.

Gigi has entered her shopping era. And this is only Part 1. 🛍️

Omg sorry to double post today but I’ve just found out that ‘Normal Men, Innocent Men’ happened 10 YEARS AGO TODAY😂

I try not to post about it too much cos I don’t wanna do people’s heads in, but I also know that SO many of you follow me because of that daft moment, which became the unlikeliest international meme😂. Over the years it’s had millions upon millions of likes, travelled worldwide, been used for everything from pub quiz team names, to satire during moments of political chaos, to Glasto flags.

I often get asked whether I get bored of it and the answer is NO! I’m so glad that in this sometimes miserable world, it brings fun and joy and silliness. Special shoutout to @werejustnormalmen who post it every Monday and keep the laughter alive. I also love that you found my bloopers which contain other great moments such as “goose” and “scchhhhtupid game”.

Big cheers from me and @philfletcherofficial - the man behind Hacker and arguably the funniest man who ever lived. Thanks for making us all corpse laughing for the past 10 years x

Golbari style Mutton kosha as promised ✨

Ingredients List

For Marination (Overnight)
* Mutton: 1.5 kg
* Curd: 200 gm
* Onion paste: from 1 med size or 1/2 cup
* Ginger paste: 1.5 tbsp heaped
* Garlic paste: 1 tbsp + 1/3 rd tbsp
* Green chilli paste: 5-6 ( adjust to taste)
* Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
* Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
* Mustard oil: 50 ml

Gravy:

• Mustard Oil: 50 ml
• Whole spices: 5 green cardamom, 4 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 2 black cardamom, 4 bay leaf, 2 dry red chillies
• Chopped onions: 1 cup
• Salt: As needed
• Sugar: 1/2 tsp
* Cumin powder: 1 tsp
* Coriander powder: 1.5 tsp
* Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 tsp
* Nutmeg: 1/4 th tsp
* besan or roasted gram flour: 1.5 tbsp
* Tea liquor: boil 1 teaspoon tea until it darkens then strain it and use it as mentioned
* Hot water: As needed
* Gorom Moshla: 1 tsp (towards the end)
I used Sunrise Pure gorom moshla.

Cooking Method
1. Marinate: Mix the mutton with curd, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, red chilli powder and 50 ml mustard oil. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Prepare the tea liquor: Boil 1 tbsp tea until the liquor turns dark. Strain and keep aside.
3. Caramelise the onions: Heat 50 ml mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed, preferably cast-iron karahi. Add all the whole spices, followed by chopped onions, salt and sugar. Cook slowly, adding splashes of water to caramelise the onions without turning them into beresta.
4. Cook the mutton: Add the marinated mutton and stir on high heat for 7 minutes. Cover and cook on low to medium heat until it releases moisture. Uncover and cook until the moisture reduces and oil separates.
5. Add spices: Mix in cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, nutmeg and sattu. Cook briefly, then add the dark tea liquor.
6. Slow-cook: Add hot water as needed and cook until the mutton is tender and the gravy turns thick and dark. Alternatively, pressure-cook the mutton at this stage, then reduce the gravy in the karahi.
7. Finish and serve: Add 1 tsp garam masala and a dollop of ghee. Serve hot with parotta, imli chutney and sliced onions.

Florida elected Byron Donalds governor Tuesday night while voters across much of the country told Trump and the Republican agenda no. Democrats flipped the House and the Senate, picking up seven Senate seats in states as red as Texas, Kansas and South Carolina. Texas replaced Gov. Greg Abbott with Gina Hinojosa. Nevada replaced Gov. Joe Lombardo with Aaron Ford. Georgia elected a Democratic governor for the first time since 1998. People are tired of paying more for everything, tired of watching Medicaid and food assistance get cut, and tired of an administration that treats cruelty like a policy, and they used the one tool they have to demand that somebody answer for it.

Florida heard the same message and chose differently, though not by much. Donalds won 50.0 percent to David Jolly’s 48.7, roughly a 1.3 point margin, and he did it by spending $165.9 million to Jolly’s $24.7 million. More than 4 million Floridians voted for Jolly. They are the reason this state is not a lost cause, and they are the people who will live under what comes next.

What comes next is a governor who went on Fox News on January 19, 2025, talked about Americans thanking Trump for deportations, and added “Daddy’s back.” Donalds later called it a flippant joke. Then the polls tightened, his campaign website quietly dropped its photos of Trump, and Jolly pointed out that this was the same man who called Trump his daddy. That is not a leader. That is a lapdog hoping voters will not notice the leash.

Then there is what he has said about Black people. In June 2024, Donalds told a room in Philadelphia that during Jim Crow, the Black family was together, and the NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus condemned it. In May 2026, he said Congress passed the Voting Rights Act because Southern Democrats were racially gerrymandering districts, and PolitiFact rated that False, with historians explaining that Black Southerners were blocked from even registering to vote. His CNN claim about Black wages under Trump was rated Mostly False. His governor’s race ads against Jolly drew a run of False and Mostly False ratings, including one that deceptively edited a clip.
