A rave on a Boeing 747 ✈️ As two British Airways pilots who met while flying for Lauda, aviation is a pretty major part of Hannah & Dirk’s story, so getting married on a 747 felt very them. They even kept the venue a secret from their guests, making the big reveal even better. The day was all about partying, with no formal sit-down meal or rigid schedule. Instead, they had drinks, dancing, glow sticks and a first dance to ‘Mama Laudaaa’ that turned into a full-blown conga line through the aircraft 🪩 Hannah designed loads of the details herself, from passenger information invitations and in-flight menus to aviation-themed signage, cabin crew uniforms and a ‘Go Around Schnaps’ bar. And then there were the fireworks. The 747 lit up in blue, Club de Mar playing, fireworks behind the aircraft and, somehow, the whole thing even made the German news ✨ A very good reminder that your wedding really can look like whatever you want it to.
