Anti-Recipe is back just in time for ROOTING SEASON!!!!

We have created a series of workshops exploring the kinship between freestyle in cooking and street dance through the concept of ROOTING.

For this first edition of ROOTING SEASON, we will focus on cooking and fermenting mushrooms.

Taking inspiration from the root-like mycelium network of a mushroom, which acts as a connecting force within a forest’s ecosystem, we will be cooking and fermenting mushrooms while returning to the roots of jazz and contemplating its connective role within street dance styles.

Join us for this workshop on Sunday, the 11th of October, 14-18:00. No previous cooking or dance experience needed!
