I truly believe that when you wake up with intention, it translates into EVERY other aspect of your day.You’re more disciplined, productive, you become a more patient mom, And instead of spending your entire day pouring into everyone else, you’ve already made the decision to pour into yourself first. Which, like they say, allows you to pour from a full cup. And those little decisions, repeated consistently over YEARS, can completely change your life. And reflecting recently, I know it’s because of the decision I made four years ago to start waking up at 5 AM. Four years ago, I never could’ve imagined the life I have today. And while I don’t necessarily measure success by how much money I make, I now earn more than THREE TIMES what I made working as an engineer. But the BEST part? The time freedom. Being able to work for myself, make my own schedule, drop my kids off at school, pick them up, and actually be PRESENT with them. I wouldn’t trade that flexibility for ANY amount of money. And I truly don’t believe I would’ve gotten here without consistency, hard work, and making intentional time for myself every morning.
