LOAZ isn’t looking for just another athlete. We’re looking for DOGS.
With our expansion on the way, We want the kid who walks onto the field with something to prove. The athlete who gets knocked down and gets right back up. The one who plays physical, competes for every inch, protects their teammates, embraces pressure, and refuses to let someone outwork them. We want athletes with an edge—kids who aren’t afraid to talk back when someone comes after them or their teammates, but who know how to channel that attitude into competing, not cheap penalties or drama.
Right now, we’re prioritizing development, toughness, and building the right culture over simply stacking wins. But make no mistake—we are building toward winning, and eventually talent alone won’t be enough. We need athletes who can handle being coached, compete when they’re tired, respond when things aren’t going their way, and raise the level of everyone around them.
If your athlete is talented but comfortable, we’re probably not the place for them. If they’re talented, competitive, coachable, physical, relentless, and genuinely pissed off when they lose—we want to meet them.
We can teach technique. We can develop athleticism. We can sharpen football IQ. But you can’t fake DOG mentality.
LOAZ is looking for the next group of athletes who are ready to earn it.
Athletes 10 , 11 & 12 years of age.
