I HAD TO SHOW @rawrbandz WHO THE TIKTOK KING ⛳️

At 18, his father started charging him rent. At 30, he finally understood why.

For 12 years, he handed over part of his hard-earned money every month. He thought his father was being unnecessarily strict, especially when other parents let their children live at home for free.

But on his wedding day, his father surprised him with something he never expected.

A notebook documenting every rent payment he'd made over the years, along with a savings account containing all that money, plus interest.

What he believed was money lost had quietly been building his financial future.

His father hadn't been collecting rent to make a profit. He had been teaching his son how to budget, stay consistent, and take responsibility for his finances.

And when the time came to begin a new chapter of his life, those years of discipline became a financial head start.

The lesson? Sometimes, the greatest gift a parent can give isn't money itself, but the habits that teach their children how to manage it.

It's a powerful story about patience, financial responsibility, and a father's love expressed through actions rather than words.

Whether this story is true or simply a lesson passed down, its message is worth remembering.

Good parenting isn't always about making life easier today. Sometimes, it's about preparing your children for tomorrow.

Would you use this approach to teach your children financial responsibility?

A tr@g!c plane cr@sh in Florida has claimed nine lives after a Learjet 60 cr@shed in Greenacres on November 1. The private jet, travelling from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas, reportedly faced turbulence and icing before the crew issued a mayday call. Chilling air traffic control recordings captured the pilot’s desperate final warning moments before the cr@sh. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis described the incident as catastrophic. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the crash, while the exact cause remains unknown.🚨😱

Well, I cannot believe I’m sharing this, but…

I am so excited to announce that I have been nominated for @tiktok_uk Travel Creator of the Year award at the TikTok awards this year!

I’ve been creating content for 2 years and to be shortlisted for such a credible award at this stage in my career is something I am SO incredibly proud of.

BUT!

This award is 100% public vote. And I know you’ll be reading this on Instagram, between now and November 18th, every single day you can vote for me in the TikTok app.

1. Open the TikTok app and search for ‘TikTok Awards’
2. Press the banner at the top
3. Scroll down to Travel Creator (number 3)
4. Click ‘VOTE NOW’ under my name and wait for the vote to be successful!

Winning this award on such a poignant day could do such amazing things for me, so it would mean the world if every day for the next 2 weeks you could spend just 20 seconds voting, and if you don’t have TikTok, GET IT! We can all have a massive party if I win this next month!

But seriously, this is an honour, and it doesn’t happen without my TikTok audience, or my beloved Instagram audience.

All my love 🤍
