Tomorrow at The Well
Everywhere we look right now is showing us the ugly truth of stories of violence towards women and the silent systems which uphold it and benefit from it.

And while the internet can be loud, noisy and toxic place on the topic, it also offers us a lens into a reality that is becoming harder and harder to ignore - which I think is ultimately a good thing.

And so, this is a special invitation to join at The Well tomorrow.
This one is for the women who have grief and rage and despair and anger and broken-heartedness, but still - hope. For the women who have questions and musings and ideas and stories.

For the women taking it all in with strength and grace, while also desiring a place to put it all down.

As women, we heal through our bodies and we heal in co-regulation. We heal through collective metabolization. We heal through ritual and prayer. We heal through witnessing and storytelling. 
And that is exactly the intention for The Well, tomorrow.
