Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan

A slightly younger crowd on the dance floor this Monday… 💛

This week, AUM welcomed children from Ban Maduea Wan School for sound healing and a mini ecstatic dance as part of their day field trip. Small dancers, BIG energy! ✨

Living on Koh Phangan, it’s easy to get a little stuck in our own bubble. Welcoming the children was a lovely chance to step outside it, connect with our wider island community and share something different as part of their adventure outside the classroom.

Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and to the kids for bringing so much joy to our Monday morning.🫶
