The Longevity Edit, but make it home. ๐
I talk a lot about training, strength, recovery and taking care of my body โ but I think how we live matters too.
A home that feels warm, peaceful and beautiful is part of the life Iโm building for myself.
So Iโm dropping in a few autumn touches. Nothing overdone. Just warmer textures, deeper tones, candlelight and little details that make home feel especially good this time of year, my favorite time of year ๐๐โจ
Because longevity isnโt only about adding years to your life.
Itโs about creating a life you actually enjoy living.
