WIN A 5-CLASS PASS!

🔥 Victoria’s newest workout studio has officially opened!

Have you ever tried a VersaClimber? While it might be new to Victoria, this workout has actually been around since 1981 and became a popular fitness trend in Los Angeles, especially with celebrities!

Now you can experience it right here in Victoria at @verticalcoastfitness

The best part? Classes are just 30 minutes and give you a high-energy, full-body workout that targets all your major muscle groups.

🎶 Climb to the beat of the music
🔥 High-intensity, low-impact cardio
💪 Beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels
⏱️ Just 30 minutes from start to finish
🙌 Coaches help you modify the workout to your fitness level and set you up on the climber

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to switch up your routine or add something new in this is such a fun way to get moving!

I’ve teamed up with @verticalcoastfitness to give one lucky winner a 5-CLASS PASS to try out Victoria’s newest workout!
