328 km. 4,100 m of elevation. 11 hours of continuous riding. One unforgettable day on La Isla. 🚴♂️🌊 Island Loop
The adventure started at 4:30 AM with a coffee at the local @icc__palma Store, before the sun even appeared on the horizon. Coming from a background as a professional 1500m runner, and multiple Asian gold medalist and Olympian, I never imagined how much I would enjoy this new chapter of endurance through cycling. What makes it even more special is the community — passionate people from different backgrounds, cultures and countries, all brought together by the same love for the bike.
There were moments when the climbs made my legs feel incredibly heavy, reminding me that every kilometer and every meter of elevation has to be earned. And then came the descents — the feeling of speed, freedom and pure adrenaline, flowing through the smooth Mallorcan tarmac. From challenging mountain roads to breathtaking sea views, La Isla offered a different landscape around every corner.
A huge thank you to @icc__palma × PAS NORMAL STUDIOS for this incredible experience, and to every person who made it possible — the staff, organization team, feed-zone crew, mechanics and cameramen @howie__bell . Your energy and dedication made this journey truly unforgettable.
Proud to be part of the PAS NORMAL community. This is only another milestone in the journey, and I’m already looking forward to chasing new distances, new challenges and new athletic experiences. The road continues. 🚴♂️🔥
