Getting to create art for a living is the greatest blessing I ever could have asked for. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Choosing art as a proffesion has its ups and downs tho. Being so passionate about your job feels fulfilling and purposful, but it also means that there can be less seperation between your job and your life. Because arts expressionistic nature reveals your experiences, your outlook, and yourself, I truly believe to create better art, you must live a better life.

Cultivating a positive relationship with art, staying true to what you love, and not limiting your work to the expectations of what you should do is what stands between you, and burnout. Its a delicate balance between finding joy and novelty with your art, while still meeting the expectations of paying clients.

Its worth everything tho, every late night tattooing, every brainstorming session, every peice of constructive criticism. It all adds up and pushes you further. I stay grateful for every single person who sits in my chair and has trust in me to make something worth showing off.
