Often, I’ll plan out where we’ll get coffee as part of the day’s itinerary - on this day that was not the case. With a later than intended start after attending a friend’s wedding the night before & the uneasy feeling that we were burning daylight we just wanted a quick stop and maybe some coffee on our way to catch the cable car to Union Square. Stumbled upon this nice little spot owned by an older Italian gentleman. I held off on talking World Cup (Italy didn’t qualify this year). While we didn’t end up making the cable car (it was full) I’m sure glad we got that coffee. Happy National Coffee Day ☕️~
