AI is moving beyond “ask a chatbot a question” and toward tools that can keep working across your apps and projects.

OpenAI’s new Dots are designed to learn your preferences, take on tasks in the background, and check in when they need you. For real estate agents, that could open up interesting ways to handle the repeatable work behind content, follow-up, and project coordination.
The key is to start with a clear task, give the tool the right context and permissions, and review its work—especially before anything goes to a client.
