2026 Emmy Award Portraits “A Letter to ‘Momma’ “🏆🕊️ Hey Girl, We took home FOUR Emmys Friday! Cuatro. The number after 3. FOUR. I’m so grate(full) I could pop. So happy for all the winners from the BTG team. They did that! I clapped so hard that my hands are still stinging, actually. It was truly something to behold. Ya know, Susie Mel, YOU introduced me to “the stories.” You made sure we all knew about your favorite soap operas: The Guiding Light, The Bold & the Beautiful, As the World Turns, and The Young & the Restless. Never once did it occur to me that this world could one day become part of your familial legacy…through me! Booking the role of Andre Richardson on the first daytime television show (soap) centered around a Black family, with a predominantly Black cast, couldn’t have been more perfect. Your grandson (me!) became part of the very world that brought you so much joy for decades. “MY GRANDBABY IS ON THE STORIES!” Beyond the Gates was quite literally my gift back to you. I know you were right there beside me on the red carpet (fussing and cussin’, I’m sure), and again as I entered that theater for my very first Emmys. Thank you. O. And, I wore all white. You know I look good in all white. I was cleaner than an ’87 Box Chevy fresh off the lot. 🔥 Aye, I had to represent the Condreys, Reynolds, Dickersons, Medleys, and Shipman’s well. Anyway, I miss you every day, my baby. Just letting ya know how it went. I dedicate these portraits to you. 🌹#Emmys 📸 Photos: @phirstclassfilms

Thank you so so much for the gifts @limitedrungames I’m so grateful if you’re a nerd and like nostalgia check them out 🖤🙏🏻
NOW U KNOW
Think of it like a budget. Your body has a certain amount of stress it can tolerate and recover from at any given time, and that budget isn’t always obvious. Every climbing session, every workout, every rehab exercise, and every other activity makes a withdrawal. And you don’t get to pretend something doesn’t count just because it wasn’t part of the plan.
real life 🤣 #GialappaShow
