Alright, let’s give her some grace on the western/central thing, not everyone comes out of the womb knowing everything 😅 With that said, a good rule is to mark western MA as anything west of the Quabbin reservoir. There’s a segment of Berkshires people that may cajole and poke that we in the Hampden, Franklin, and Hampshire counties are “central Mass”, but don’t listen to them. I hope this helps!
