This month, we had a truly special moment in our Customer Service Department.
We were delighted to welcome Alexis Ploix, Aftersales & Customer Service director and Adrien Grouberman, After Sales Regional Manager, who joined us to celebrate an important milestone: the years of dedication and commitment of our BUGATTI Customer Service team.
Alex and David, who began their journeys with BUGATTI in 2013 and 2014, received their 10-year service awards, while Eligio had the honor of celebrating his 15-year milestone.
But the most memorable surprise was still to come.
To mark the occasion, we were presented with a very special distinction created exclusively for long-service anniversaries. Inspired by the most iconic symbol in BUGATTI’s history, Rembrandt Bugatti’s Dancing Elephant, the award takes the form of an elegant suit pin. This legendary sculpture, which once adorned the radiator cap of the Bugatti Royale, is a true masterpiece and a symbol of the brand’s heritage and excellence.
The pin is crafted in bronze for 10 years of service, silver for 15 years, and gold for those who reach the remarkable milestone of 20 years. A goal worth striving for!
Looking back on everything we have achieved together since the beginning of our journey with BUGATTI, this recognition means far more than a number of years. It reflects the passion, dedication, and commitment that our team brings every single day in pursuit of the excellence our customers expect from us.
We are incredibly proud of what we have built together and deeply grateful to be part of this extraordinary adventure.
