I’m 43 and I get asked what my secret is all the time but no gatekeeping here. I just pick up heavy stuff.

👉🏻Do a resistance training session 2-4 times a week, doing a mixture of compound and isolated lifts

✨You don't need access to a fancy gym. I love the gym and gyms are great but if you don't have a gym membership you can also use adjustable dumbbells at home

✨ focus on increasing your activity through natural movement you enjoy and daily steps

Lifting weights is magic for the soul 💃🏻
