Yesterday, we soaked up the scrumptious late summer sun on magical Pender Island, celebrating a friend’s birthday.

This morning I finished up the next excerpt of my novel to send to my critique group. I’m sure yesterday’s sunshine and fresh air helped my writing. And who knows, maybe I’ll write something set on a gulf island one day. 😉
