Kennesaw CEOs and business owners, I’m coming your way!

On September 14, I’ll be leading another Capital Readiness Learning Lab with the Georgia Secretary of State’s FIN FIT program, this time at Kennesaw State University.

And the timing of this conversation could not be better.

I’m currently in the middle of an expansion capital raise, and something I’ve been talking about for a while is becoming increasingly clear:

The capital raising environment is changing.

What may have been enough to get a lender or investor’s attention a few years ago is not necessarily enough today.

For CEOs and business owners, that means capital readiness has become about far more than simply having a good business and deciding you’re ready to raise.

There is a difference between needing capital and being ready for capital.

That distinction is exactly what we’ll be digging into together.

I’ve spent years on both sides of capital, evaluating businesses as an investor and helping growth-stage CEOs navigate high-stakes financial decisions, and I’m excited to bring those perspectives into the room.

If raising capital is anywhere on your roadmap over the next 12–24 months, this is a conversation you’ll want to be part of.

Kennesaw State University
Monday, September 14
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Registration is free, and seating is limited. I’ll drop the registration link in the comments.

Kennesaw, I’ll see you soon!
