My opening salvo for my Miss Universe journey. Wearing archival Rajo Laurel’s “Tuguegarao” from the 2018 Archipelago Mapa series, inspired by the region’s topography, nestled between the Sierra Madre and Cordillera mountain ranges. A little piece of home, brought to the world. As an avid environmentalist, I am honored to carry the majesty of the Philippines’ mountains with pride, particularly as these areas face mounting pressures from critical minerals mining. I hope to amplify the message that our natural world and the communities who have stewarded these mountains for generations, particularly the communities of Kasibu and Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, are the greatest treasures of all. As I raise our flag on the international stage here in Puerto Rico, I look forward to exploring the stunning Sierra de Luquillo mountain range in El Yunque National Forest. Yesterday at 5F Church was another precious and powerful time in His presence and in revival! So many lives were touched by His power and love, and the Word of God opened eyes to understand how to stay deeply rooted in Christ so we may remain safe and secure in His will. 🔥 We heard testimonies of people being set free from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, spiritual oppression, fear, and church hurt. People traveled from all over the United States and from the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, the Philippines, and El Salvador, and we witnessed the power of God move so mightily! 🌎 Jesus is transforming lives, restoring people, and setting captives free! Don’t miss out on what God is doing in LA. Revival is NOW! 🔥 #powerofgod #revival #losangeles #5fchurch #kathrynkrick

Grateful for another year of existing, another trip around the sun. I’ve been working on my mindset, and tbh it’s a game changer. Maybe it’s cheesy, but there’s something about focusing on the here and now rather than dwelling on past or fearing the future that’s really helped start to set me free. Hope you’re taking care of yourself, and thanks for the love and support always!
